MODEL FOR IMPROVING THE PERFORMANCE OF BUSINESS PROCESSES WITHIN THE HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY

Истражувањето ќе се направи како обид да се согледа постојната состојба во хотелската индустрија и туризмот во Македонија во доменот на проектирањето,  имплементацијата и сертификацијата на системот за квалитет. Податоците добиени од истражувањето ќе ги обедини искуствата и реалноста на значаен број сертифицирани организациски системи во хотелската индустрија и туризмот во Македонија. Анализата на податоците, како и принципите и стратегиите кои ќе произлезат од ова истражување треба да помогнат и да дадат корисни насоки во изработката на модел за подобрување на организациските перформанси, во дефинирање на мерките за остварување на одржливите деловни системи, во поттик на иновативноста, во давање придонес на јакнење на врските помеѓу хотелската индустрија и туризмот, научно истражувачката работа и иновациите.

This research will make an attempt to perceive the current situation within the hospitality industry and tourism in Macedonia in the field of design, implementation and certification of quality systems. The data obtained from the research is based upon the experiences of a significant number of certified organizational systems within the hospitality industry and tourism in Macedonia. The data analysis as well as the principles and strategies that will result from this research should help provide useful guidance in model development used for improving organizational performance, design of the measures used to achieve sustainable business systems, encouragement of innovation, strengthening the links between the hospitality industry and tourism, scientific research and innovation.
