The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the diplomacy, which is a basic means of achieving foreign political goals for any country. For this purpose, the basic concepts and institutes of diplomatic and consular law will be studied. The goal is to familiarize students with the ways of international correspondence between interstate, a state and an international organization or an international organization and another international organization. Therefore, the subject of study includes the types of diplomacy, the historical retrospective of diplomatic activities, the ways and processes of establishing and terminating diplomatic and consular relations on a bilateral or multilateral level, studying the holders, functions, privileges and immunities of diplomatic and consular representatives, diplomatic missions, and special international missions. Furthermore, public diplomacy and cyber diplomacy are discussed.
