This course focuses on enlightening students with the basic terms and institutes of international law. This will help students to understand the legal rules and norms that regulate the mutual relations of subjects in the international community. In addition, the rights/obligations and the interpretation/application of the law will be analysed. Thus, students will get acquainted with the different institutional mechanisms that exists in international level as a means for resolution of internal disputes and conflicts.
