Ljuben Tevdovski
is classical archaeologist and classicist, as well as international expert, lecturer, diplomat and cultural manager with more than two decades of experience on leading positions in educational, scientific and governmental institutions and nongovernmental organizations.
He studies ancient identities and religions, as well as transmission and modern impact of the classical/Mediterranean heritage. His research concerns ancient empires and ancient globalization, focusing particularly on the religious and identity transformations that they have introduced in the Hellenistic and Roman periods. Tevdovski has published in the areas of classical archaeology, history, religious studies, ancient and modern globalization, intercultural relations and impact of culture in international relations.
